New Year Celebration at NEPCS Meghnaghat 2(M2) Project

On January 1, 2024, we, the NEPCS family, celebrated a quick and intensive new year celebration to rejuvenate and inspire the people of the M2 plant. In a short span of time, we arranged 5 pastry cakes to assemble in the CCB training room of the M2 plant. Our honorable COO Mr. Jason Jung, started the program by delivering a new year speech and cutting cake. When we all reflect on the past few months of 2023, we realize that we tore blood and sweat to keep our work in harmony and progress. Despite the fact that we had few employees, work load imbalances compared to manpower’s, shortage of infrastructural accessibility, and limited access to resources, we managed to evolve, adopt, and mobilize our team to the fullest to meet the requirements of the owner. NEPCS is conducting a back-to-back training program, and our employees are giving their best to grab the knowledge training sessions. In our NEPCS M2 member group, different department’s employees are reporting their daily activities like training documentation, and system operational trial-and-error, commissioning etc. Owners are satisfied with our current work progress, and our management team is vigorously collaborating with all stakeholders to ensure sustainable, compact working procedures for all departments. We would like to draw attention to our administration and planning department, who are giving relentless effort to mobilize everything in order to make the transitional period smooth and flawless.

Thankfully by the help of M1, we are providing transportation services and food facilities to fulfill employee’s satisfaction. Though, every day we are facing new challenges to deal with transportation services due to our transitional period, our administration and planning departments are still giving their best effort to support employees and working in extended hours. We are on the bay and expecting to be on the main CCB with the 47 members, which were initially only 5 when we commenced our journey, and it will be increasing gradually with the pace of work progress. It is a remarkable effort by the human resources department; they have intensively focused on recruiting to induction them from the beginning until now. Our administration and planning departments are also making a list to celebrate the special days/holidays on the basis of employee’s nationality for cross-cultural activities to introduce multicultural exposure through the celebration by employee engagement, a picnic, and an award giving ceremony for bringing harmony, empathy, joy and a motivation to our NEPCS family to work hard and achieve the best reward for the Plant.

We can proudly say that, we started with a mission and vision, and after passing the last half of 2023, we are now in 2024. Whenever we look back, we all stand in the place where we dreamed.
