China Northeast Electric Power Engineering & Services Co. Ltd. (NEPCS) Established in 2014 And Registered in Hong Kong, its registered address is at Flat / AM A17, 9/F, Silver Copper Int’l Tower, KLN Hong Kong. It’s China office is at RM 100, Block A, Xingcheng International Tower, 10 Jiuxianqiao Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, P. R. China 100015.

NEPCS is an Independent Company and has been working as O&M (Operation & Maintenance) Partner of Power Plants of NEPC.

NEPCS has about 200 personnel working in Bangladesh, China and Philippines. Out of this 250 personnel, NEPCS has over 100 qualified and experienced engineers for Power Plants’ O&M Works.

NEPCS has been employed as O&M Contractor of Summit Power Company since December 2014.

NEPCS has been providing services of Operation & Maintenance (O&M) in Summit Bibiyana 341 MW Gas Fired Combined Cycle Power Plant located at Hobigonj District, Vill: Parkul, P.S.: Nobigonj. Approximately 45 km northeast of Sylhet City.

NEPCS will undertake another 2000 MW GTCC Power Plant by 2020 and another 5000 MW GTCC Power Plants & CFPP by 2022, that is by 2022 NEPCS will have its O&M capacity approximately 8000 MW in Combined Cycle Gas Turbines and Coal Fired Power Plants.

Project-Specific Solutions

Our project-specific solutions for power plant owners range from full performance based total Operation and Maintenance to reduced scope services such asMaintenance Engineering and the mobilization of new project operations, including the provision of the technical specialists, tools and processes for the facility. The technologies covered by NEPCS services include conventional fuelled power plants, using both gas and coal Steam Turbines, as well as Combined Cycle Gas Turbine plants.

Long-term Operation and maintenance contracts withSummit Group in Bangladesh. Now Operate Summit Bibiyana Combined Cycle power plants in Bangladesh, with a total capacity of 345 MW.

NEPCS already complited the EPC work for Combine Cycle (HRSG & ST) Erection, installation and commissioning Services for 163MW Power Plant (Kushiara Power Company Limited) at Fenchuganj, Sylhet, Bangladesh.

Safety:

Safety is a fundamental corporate value for NEPCS. Our goal to finish each and every day injury and incident free applies throughout every operating unit, subsidiary and division of the company. Our extensive Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) program has significantly improved plant safety. Results include a reduction in business risk and an improvement in operational performance. We aggressively strive for 100% compliance and an accident-free workplace. We conduct EHS reviews on a regular basis to identify areas of concern. We then identify and implement target improvements.
