Celebration of successfully completion of First Year of Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Contract of SMPCL Project

NEPCS has celebrate its first of year of O&M contract of SMPCL project after completion successfully. On April 23, 2022 NEPCS was awarded the O&M contract for the SMPCL Project, located in Meghnaghat, Sonargaon, Narayanganj. Over the past year, NEPCS has demonstrated its expertise in managing and maintaining the power plant, resulting in consistent power generation without any disruptions. Completing the first year of the O&M contract for the SMPCL Project is a significant milestone for NEPCS.

Mr. Jung Yeeryang, COO of NEPCS, expressed his pride in the team's accomplishments, stating, “Completing the first year of the O&M contract for the SMPCL Project is a significant milestone for NEPCS”. He said, this O&M team's unwavering commitment to excellence, coupled with their technical expertise and dedication, has been instrumental in achieving uninterrupted power generation, even in the scorching hot weather conditions.

Mr. Zhang Jianwei -Deputy Plant Manager says that NEPCS feels proud to have contributed to the reliable operation of the SMPCL Project, providing uninterrupted power supply to the region. He also says that NEPCS looks towards the future, so their team will remain committed to upholding the highest standards of operation and maintenance, while continuously striving to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of power generation.

A representative from SMPCL Mr. Titon Kanty Sen, delivered a speech, expressing appreciation for the expertise and commitment of the NEPCS O&M team. Mr. Sen highlighted the importance of operational excellence, safety, and adherence to regulatory requirements in the successful operation of the power plant, and expressed confidence in the continued partnership with NEPCS.

The festivities kicked off with a cake cutting ceremony, joined by the O&M and SMPCL team, and ended with expressions of gratitude towards all stakeholders for their invaluable cooperation in making the journey towards success possible.
