Max Group Delegates visited SUMMIT BIBIYANA POWER PLANT

CEO Eng. Azadul Haq,Project Manager Khaled Bin Hossain,Deputy Maintenance Manager,HR and other personnel of KPCL power plant MAX Group visited Summit Bibiyana Power Plant.

The main contents of this tour were - visiting Summit Bibiyana Power Plant and gather knowledge from NEPCS in some matters like DOR between owner and operator, how operation shift conduct, water treatment plant management, C&I lab, total manpower, LTSA, spare parts management and OEM.

They also took some information regarding how NEPCS completed the HGPI process & how NEPCS reduce the cost in changing GT inlet air filter. Mr. Jason Jung, COO of NEPCS shared these information to them. They expressed their interest in these matters.
